When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). nex777 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.
You must notify nex777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. nex777 may, at its sole discretion, suspend an Account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.
nex777 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or close any existing Account for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse of promotions, provision of false information, or conduct that nex777 determines to be contrary to the integrity of our Services.
nex777 is committed to operating a responsible, fraud-free platform. As part of our compliance obligations, we require all Players to complete a KYC verification process before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC may also be triggered at any time if nex777's compliance team identifies unusual account activity or if the cumulative lifetime deposit on an Account exceeds Rp 50.000.000.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a third-party account will be refunded to the originating account, and the Player's Account may be suspended pending investigation.
nex777 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. nex777 is not responsible for any third-party fees incurred during the deposit process.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for deposits (same-source policy) to prevent money laundering and fraud.

Withdrawal processing times apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. In exceptional circumstances (system maintenance, banking holidays, compliance review), processing may take longer. Players will be notified of any delays via email or in-app notification.
nex777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within seven (7) calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be forfeited. Upon voluntary closure or closure for administrative reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money Balance will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method after completion of applicable KYC checks.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nex777 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to recover funds obtained through fraudulent means.
